Counselling offers you a confidential, empathic and accepting space, to talk about the things that concern you, without having to worry about being judged or burdening the other person.

Yes! Absolutely! I currently do this for many clients.
Counselling can help you with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, relationship problems, stress management, feelings of isolation, suicide ideation and all things connected to Autism and ADHD.
The frequency of counselling sessions will depend on your individual needs and goals. Some clients may benefit from weekly sessions, while others may attend fortnightly or monthly. I trust my clients know themselves best, so I will be guided by you on frequency and duration of sessions.
Yes! Absolutely! I also offer sessions online, phone, WhatsApp video or walk-and-talk. We can swap interchangably between these sessions also. So for example, if we started online and you decide you would like a phone session instead, then that's great!
Of course! I have lots of experience working with Neurotypical (i.e. non-autistic/ADHD) adult and children clients, so if you are drawn to me, please get in touch.
Absolutely! If you recognise Autistic and/or ADHD traits in yourself, then I absolutely believe you too! I work from a place that the client knows themselves best.
Yes! Absolutely! Having been through the diagnosis process myself, for both Autism and ADHD independently, I have lived experience and professional experience of supporting others as they embark upon this journey also. Whilst receiving a diagnosis can be a great thing and answer alot of questions, it can also leave you with just as many questions and a grieving process to go through.
I have lots of experience supporting clients post-diagnosis, helping them come to terms with their diagnosis, what it now means for them and supporting them in answering the "now what?" question.
Unfortunately not. This is outside of my training and would not be ethical for me to do so. I am, however, more than happy to share my experience surrounding who diagnosed me, or talk through the different options you may have found.
